8719 Scrub Oak
A home designed around the way a family actually moves through space.
8719 Scrub Oak is a custom build in Oakview Farms. Every detail — from the open-plan kitchen to the covered outdoor living room — was worked out with the owners before a single wall went up. That's how we build.
How we build
Our process is designed to protect you, not just us.
We move deliberately. Every decision is documented, every cost is transparent, and every homeowner knows exactly where they stand — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
01A real conversation first
02Site and plan review together
03Fixed-price contract, no surprises
04Weekly updates, open books
